A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for AI-Agentic Framework Engineer.

Charlotte, NC; Plano, TX; Hopewell, NJ; Pennington, NJ (Hybrid: 3 days a week)
Position Summary Build frameworks for multi-agent orchestration and AI-driven workflows.
Integrates advanced AI models and optimizes processes for automation and decision-making.
Business Justification
Designs and implements agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
Enables automation, orchestration, and autonomous decision-making.
Focus on observability, telemetry, and scalability for reliable AI workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop LangChain/LangGraph-based systems.
Build APIs with FastAPI for orchestration.
Fine-tune and train AI models.
Integrate vector and relational databases for RAG workflows.
Implement observability and telemetry for monitoring and optimization.
Skills & Qualifications
Python, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph.
5+ years in AI engineering.
Complimentary: React, Data Science experience.
The ideal candidate will have: Python + Fast API + LangChain/LangGraph
