Business Intelligence Developer III, Quality & Patient Safety Develop data reporting frameworks for the presentation and delivery of metrics, key performance indicators, dashboards, and analytics. Provide end-to-end reporting and analytical services to internal business partners and leadership. Synthesize and leverage clinical, administrative, and consumer data to model complex problems, gain insights, and identify opportunities. Design, develop, and implement Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, databases, data warehouses, data marts, interfaces, custom programming, complex reports, and analysis. Interpret and articulate results of complex improvement experiments, including risk algorithms, variations in physician practice patterns, and return‑on‑investment (ROI) analyses.

Proficiency in Epic Clarity Data Model is required. Minimum three years of experience working with Clarity data and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is essential.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and optimize BI solutions using Microstrategy, Tableau, and SQL Server Reporting Services.

Develop and manage complex reports, dashboards, and data models for clinical and administrative audiences.

Perform data analysis to support quality and patient safety initiatives.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Document technical specifications and user guides for BI reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics, Computer Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in business intelligence and data analytics.

Strong SQL skills and experience with SSIS.

Advanced knowledge of BI tools such as Microstrategy and Tableau.

Expertise in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑moving environment.

Position Details

Full‑Time, Non‑Exempt

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm (as needed for weekends)

Weekly Hours: 40

Regular Employee Status

No Union

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $50.16 – $75.24 per hour
