EVPassport is changing the EV Charging experience, and we want you to help build it. EVPassport is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our expanding finance and accounting team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting the month-end close process, and driving operational excellence across key accounting functions. This position is ideal for a Senior Accountant with 3+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a measurable impact in a quickly growing organization. You will work closely with the Controller and VP of Finance, aligning strategies and driving initiatives to ensure accurate financial reporting, support the month-end close process, and drive operational excellence across key accounting functions. Key Roles and Responsibilities

Support all aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and revenue recognition. Assist in preparing management reporting packages and financial analyses for senior leadership. Collaborate closely with the Controller to develop and implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls. Support the optimization and maintenance of the company’s ERP system (NetSuite), including data integrity and automation initiatives. Assist with external audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting, working directly with external auditors and consultants. Partner cross-functionally with departments, including Operations, Sales, and HR, to ensure accurate financial data and reporting. Additional projects as may be assigned by the Company. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred but not required. 3+ years of relevant accounting experience in a high-growth environment or a company backed by private equity or venture capital. Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting best practices. Hands-on experience with NetSuite. Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset. Willingness to work on-site at the Santa Monica headquarters Monday through Thursday. Our Values

This position will be based in our Santa Monica office 4x a week. Salary: $80,000-$95,000. Placement within this base salary range depends upon several factors, including prior relevant job experience and skill set. Equal Employment Opportunity and Voluntary Self-Identification
