Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field
Non‑profit industry experience
3+ years of month‑end and financial statement preparation experience
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the monthly and quarterly close process
Prepare bank reconciliations, balance sheet accounts, and other general ledger accounts as needed
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and internal management reports for leadership and program teams
Assist in preparing grant‑specific financial reports and invoices
