Head of Partnerships Fundwell is a financial technology platform revolutionizing the way businesses access and manage capital. Traditional business financing often involves complex processes, hidden fees, and lengthy approval times. We're changing that fast by leveraging our proprietary technology, deep industry expertise, and ethical‑first approach to deliver quick, transparent, and tailored funding solutions to small and medium‑sized businesses nationwide. Our platform is expanding beyond financing into receivables, payables, and embedded payments, giving businesses greater control over their cash flow.

Base Pay Range $160,000 – $220,000 per year

Responsibilities

Identify new partnership opportunities that drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.

Define, develop, and execute a comprehensive partnership roadmap and strategy.

Drive incremental revenue through partner channels by creating go‑to‑market strategies, partner enablement programs, and co‑marketing activities. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful execution.

Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, including pipeline growth, partner‑generated revenue, and other KPIs. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings, acting as a thought leader and advocate for the company’s solutions within the partnership ecosystem.

Manage and nurture existing partner relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a similar role, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.

Demonstrated success in establishing and expanding high‑impact partnerships that significantly contribute to revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements and strategically managing long‑term partnerships.

Exceptional relationship‑building capabilities, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with both external partners and internal stakeholders.

Comprehensive knowledge of SaaS sales cycles, go‑to‑market strategies, and the partner ecosystem.

Robust analytical skills for effectively tracking, reporting, and deriving insights from key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for partnership initiatives.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Capacity to excel in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment while balancing and prioritizing multiple initiatives.
