Associate Attorney – Employment Law
Base pay range: $175,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
5+ years of experience
Experience in Employment Law compliance documents & wage/hour audits
Experience in compliance, employee handbooks, employment law defense, and litigation
Well‑established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
School district defense experience required
Trial experience preferred, but not required
Experience with public entity defense a plus
Knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive
Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees
Member of the State Bar of California in good standing
Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
Excellent written and oral communication
Commitment to proactive case management
