EXPERIENCED EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEY NEEDED
Score Media is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join Michael Sullivan & Associates' growing Employment Law Department.
Base Pay Range $175,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr
Responsibilities & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Employment Law.
Experience in Employment Law compliance document & wage/hour audits.
Experience in compliance, employee handbooks, employment law defense, and litigation.
Well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background.
School district defense experience required.
Trial experience preferred.
Public entity defense experience a plus.
Knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive.
Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees.
Member of State Bar of California in good standing.
Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Commitment to proactive case management.
