As an Engineering Hardware Design Co‑op, you’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting the design, development, and validation of cutting‑edge hardware products and integrated test and measurement systems. This role offers exposure to real‑world engineering projects while developing critical technical skills in design, troubleshooting, and system performance testing.
What You’ll Do
Support design and layout activities for analog and digital hardware systems.
Assist with troubleshooting, defect tracking, and root cause analysis.
Execute test plans, perform regression testing, and validate product performance.
Participate in schematic reviews, documentation review, and fixture design.
Gain exposure to technical specification testing and validation processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement by recognizing patterns, solving problems, and recommending solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Working knowledge of analog and/or digital hardware design (required).
Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++, Visual Basic, Java, or Perl is strongly desired.
Experience working in Windows, Unix, or Linux operating systems environments is a plus.
Hands‑on experience with test and measurement equipment.
Strong understanding of fundamental engineering concepts and principles.
Additional Qualities
Eagerness to learn and apply new skills in a professional setting.
Strong problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment.
