Triage, prioritize, and route incoming issues related to Fusion application.
Provide initial diagnosis and troubleshooting for technical issues before escalation when necessary.
Provide technical expertise for systems to resolve issues.
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience with Oracle Fusion Applications.
Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage the Oracle Fusion system while collaborating with an internal/external implementation partner.
Experience: 8-10 Years
Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Final compensation will depend on geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
