About the Role Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your environmental engineering expertise on meaningful projects that support communities, protect natural resources, and shape sustainable infrastructure? We are seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer to join a growing Environmental Services Engineering team. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to innovate, grow professionally, and take on increasing responsibility within a collaborative, industry-leading organization. You will lead and support a wide variety of environmental engineering projects: From stormwater and hydraulic design to remediation, site development, sustainable solutions, and EPC-supported work. What You’ll Do

Lead or support environmental and civil engineering projects across stormwater management, hydraulic analyses, solid waste, remediation, and sustainable design. Design environmental systems such as containment liners, water quality/treatment systems, and site development for buildings/facilities. Perform engineering calculations using industry-standard tools and software. Review and direct the work of junior engineering staff, including reports, design drawings, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates. Prepare technical reports, studies, options evaluations, and cost estimates. Support project management activities, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, quality management, safety planning, and communication. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including construction professionals on design-build and EPC projects. Oversee construction activities and prepare Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) documentation. Present information internally and externally, mentor staff, and maintain client and regulatory relationships. What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in an environmental or civil engineering discipline Professional Engineer (PE) license 7+ years of experience in environmental or civil engineering Experience overseeing construction and strong knowledge of construction methods (preferred) Project management or assistant project management experience (preferred) Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and other design tools Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, communication, and technical writing skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams Willingness to travel approximately 10–25% as needed Seniority level
