Opportunity Flywire is seeking a results‑driven and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing B2B team. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and play a crucial role in driving top‑of‑funnel activity to support our enterprise sales efforts, focused on AR automation, ERP‑integrated solutions, and cross‑border payments.
Responsibilities
Qualify inbound and outbound leads across targeted verticals (Insurance, Franchising, Associations)
Conduct discovery calls and identify prospect pain points aligned with Flywire’s I2C platform
Collaborate with Account Executives to build pipeline and support enterprise motions
Maintain accurate lead and activity data in Salesforce
Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, ERP ecosystem developments, and competitor moves
Qualifications
1–2 years of SaaS or FinTech BDR/SDR experience
Strong communication, research, and objection‑handling skills
Familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and driven to learn
Local to Boston or in EST is highly preferred. Candidates in CST will also be considered.
