Client Contributions

Be an advisor to global clients embarking on a change initiative.

Develop, lead and/or execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.

Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities.

Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates.

Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach.

Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.

Internal Practice Contributions

Coach, manage, and mentor consulting resources at junior to mid‑career levels to high‑performance/higher results.

Build internal network and partnerships for business expansion opportunities and career growth.

Engage in the hiring process, including evaluating potential candidates and interviewing.

Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

5+ years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience.

5+ years of experience contributing to and leading successful OCM initiatives using a methodology‑driven approach.

Responsible for managing $1 M+ in revenue.

2 years or more experience coaching and managing a matrixed and cross‑functional team of up to 10 members.

Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.

Preferred Skills

2 or more years in organization development/design, organizational effectiveness, culture and workforce transformation, learning and training design, development, and delivery, or Configured Platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations.

Impressive communication skills—able to craft executive summaries and detailed reports for leadership.

Team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible “can‑do” attitude, and a results‑driven commitment to success.

Strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management.

Ability to travel up to 50 %.

Must reside in the US.

Compensation and Benefits Starting pay range for this remote role is $103,000.00–210,000.00. This ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. The position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
