Senior Trial Attorney
We are currently hiring a Senior Trial Attorney with substantial first-chair trial experience and a consistent track record of winning high-value verdicts. Base pay range $250,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Serve as lead counsel in catastrophic injury trials, from case intake through verdict.
Develop and execute strategic trial narratives, including voir dire, openings, examinations, and closings.
Manage all stages of discovery, including depositions, motion practice, and expert engagement.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and outside experts to build comprehensive case presentations.
Drive favorable outcomes via litigation or trial while mentoring junior litigation staff.
Represent clients with clarity, professionalism, and legal precision at all stages of the process.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
10+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
Demonstrated record of first-chair trial success (10+ jury trials preferred).
Experience securing 7- and 8-figure settlements/verdicts.
Proficient in trial tools, legal software (Filevine preferred), and expert collaboration.
Preferred: ABOTA membership, Civil Trial Law Certification, Spanish fluency.
