Our client is a major international firm seeking a trademark associate for its Intellectual Property practice. Locations include New York, Atlanta, Washington, DC, Raleigh, Winston Salem, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Menlo Park. Salary range: $280k to $350k.
Qualifications
5+ years of significant brand management experience, including managing large global trademark portfolios and developing global trademark filing and enforcement programs. Extensive experience in conducting and managing high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance. Experience handling TTAB proceedings is a plus but not required. Strong academic credentials.
