Coachella Valley Water District | CVWD – one of California's most respected and innovative water agencies–is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as its next Deputy Director of Operations & Maintenance (Domestic, Electrical & Electronics). This executive role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on a world‑class water system that supports more than 270,000 residents, thriving agriculture, and internationally known destinations for golf, tourism, and recreation.
As Deputy Director, you will guide and elevate critical operational divisions that ensure the reliable delivery of high‑quality domestic water, the efficient operation and maintenance of essential infrastructure, and the continued resilience of CVWD's electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems. This influential role oversees construction and maintenance programs, water production and metering operations, pump systems, and asset management—while driving innovation, operational excellence, and long‑term sustainability.
