The Health District of Northern Larimer County seeks an Executive Director/CEO to lead a mission-driven organization providing dental care, behavioral health services, and health coverage assistance to residents throughout northern Larimer County. Responsibilities
Lead the organization in providing dental care, behavioral health services, and health coverage assistance to residents.
Build strong connections with staff and community partners, fostering innovation and providing clear and consistent direction.
Create a shared vision for the District and help employees understand their role in achieving it.
Implement strategic plans and work with a governing board.
Qualifications
Strategic, visionary, and compassionate leader with experience building partnerships.
Strong organizational, financial, and project management skills.
Experience implementing strategic plans and working with a governing board.
