Solutions Architect – IT Systems & Platform Integration (Remote)
Location: Remote, United States
Base Pay Range $170,000.00/hr – $180,000.00/hr
Responsibilities
Architect, design, and build innovative solutions around SAP S/4HANA.
Lead Pre‑Sales activities and support S/4HANA pursuits; help customers define their digital roadmaps.
Lead business‑requirements discussions and implement S/4HANA solutions.
Provide strong technical understanding of the product, demonstrate the full platform, and configure solutions to meet customer needs.
Serve as trusted advisor, understanding the SAP roadmap for S/4HANA and driving adoption.
Review project deliverables (benefits realization strategy, functional requirements, enterprise structure, BPML, business process design documents) to ensure alignment with objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SMEs, and professional organizations.
Estimate effort and develop pricing models for all S/4HANA scope items.
Contribute to the knowledge base of the SAP Practice.
Technical Experience
Over 18 years of overall SAP implementation and support experience.
At least 4+ years in S/4HANA implementation.
5+ years as SAP Solution Architect or Integration Manager.
Continuous upskilling and SAP certification across new functionalities.
Experience across multiple industry verticals (Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Hi‑Tech, BFSI).
Proficiency in S/4 functionalities including Fiori.
Knowledge of S/4HANA best practices, enterprise architecture.
Familiarity with Agile and Activate methodologies.
Strong integration experience (Hybris Commerce, Sales, Service, Marketing, Ariba, Fieldglass, HANA Studio, Analytics).
Deep knowledge of at least one core area (Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management) and working knowledge of others.
Thorough understanding of SAP modules and ability to research & apply best practices.
Experience designing and improving business processes with deep re‑engineering expertise.
Excellent communication of project goals, status, and deliverables to senior executives.
Strong verbal and written communication; self‑motivated.
Undergraduate degree in math, computer science, engineering, or related IT focus.
Master’s/MBA/advanced degree in MIS or Computer Science preferred.
