Role Overview As Senior Product Manager – Ecosystem Onboarding and Growth, you will drive strategic expansion and operational excellence for digital banking products, focusing on boosting user adoption, revenue, and product performance. You’ll lead cross‑functional initiatives, manage customer onboarding growth, and oversee the product lifecycle of wallet and embedded finance products.
Role Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives to expand digital banking products and grow user adoption.
Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue from product usage.
Optimize product performance through continuous improvement, creating global blueprints and best practices.
Manage cross‑functional teams to develop and enhance digital banking solutions.
Provide product leadership as the subject‑matter expert on growing and optimizing wallets and embedded finance products.
Oversee customer onboarding processes for a seamless experience.
Support customers throughout the product lifecycle, addressing needs and concerns.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategies with business goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct product performance reviews and implement customer feedback loops.
Stay updated on industry trends and ensure quarterly builds align with priorities.
Identify opportunities for product enhancements that meet evolving customer needs.
Collaborate with product management to define requirements for new features and technological upgrades.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, anticipating operational risks and ensuring scalable solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to challenge the status quo and explore emerging payment and account technologies.
Own growth of embedded financial services products across digital and retail channels, including ecosystems, wallet integrations, and API‑based offerings.
Partner with banks, fintechs, and third‑party vendors to position and lead relevant products.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing product delivery team focused on ownership and customer‑centricity.
Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans for professional growth.
Promote cross‑functional collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
Role Requirements
Experience driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies with focus on user experience.
Deep understanding of account‑based products, payment and bank account‑based products, credit services, and card‑based wallets.
Proven record launching new products or features, including pricing, positioning, and market analysis.
Hands‑on experience with banking‑as‑a‑service platforms, card issuing, and embedded finance providers.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with global regulatory environments and operational scaling.
Track record building and managing partnerships with fintechs, banks, or technology providers.
Strong understanding of payment technologies, APIs, and digital security best practices.
Ability to drive and manage change in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
