Monday through Friday schedule -- 8am - 5pm

18 - 20 patients per day

Outpatient clinic setting

Pediatric care optional -- dedicated provider available for younger patients

Women's health procedures required including paps

Hospital privileges available

Board certification required

Adult-only practice option available
