This senior manager role supports the Finance Applications Data Lead in executing our data management strategy for finance applications while leveraging enterprise data management, data governance, data quality, master data management, Machine Learning, and Generative AI (Gen AI).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of system architecture solutions in collaboration with technical teams.

Tailor technology platforms to business processes to maximize client investment.

Manage complex processes, solutions, and projects with a focus on quality and risk management.

Support effective management and utilization of finance application data, harnessing Machine Learning, Gen AI, and Azure data technologies.

Execute our “FDL consulting blueprint” service offering, creating industry‑agnostic data models to ensure data consistency and interoperability.

Collaborate with the Data Lead and Product Owner for the FDL to design an accurate, consistent, and reliable finance application data architecture.

Develop and maintain documentation such as data dictionaries, entity‑relationship diagrams, and data lineage maps.

Lead the design and implementation of an extensible common information model for the FDL Blueprint.

Ability to travel as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum seven years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.

Strong proficiency with Enterprise Performance Management platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud Suite, Oracle Hyperion, OneStream, Tagetik, etc.).

Solid understanding of financial data architecture, governance, modelling, chart of accounts, data quality, master data management.

Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.

Strong business skills including relationship management and commercial awareness.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT.

Adaptability to changing technology landscapes and industry trends.

Interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and client trust.

Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making approach.

Experience leading diverse teams in dynamic environments.

Earnings and Benefits

Base salary range: $171,600 – $392,100 across all U.S. locations (higher ranges for NYC, Washington, CA).

Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, pension, 401(k), paid time off, holiday and flexible time.

Hybrid work model: 40–60% on site.
