AI Finance – Senior Manager – Tech Consulting – Location Open
EY is seeking an experienced senior manager to support the Finance Applications Data Lead in executing the data management strategy for finance applications. This role leverages deep expertise in finance applications, enterprise data management, data governance, data quality, master data management, machine learning and generative AI to support key finance personas.
The Opportunity The AI Finance Senior Manager will work closely with finance, IT, and data science teams to develop and implement EY’s AI Finance solution offering, including the “FDL consulting blueprint” service, an industry‑agnostic data model to ensure data consistency and interoperability across finance applications.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead design and delivery of system architecture solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
Tailor technology platforms to business processes, ensuring clients maximize investment through effective use and continuous improvement.
Manage complex processes, solutions, and projects while maintaining focus on quality and risk management.
Support the design and implementation of the FDL Blueprint, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Collaborate with data scientists and finance business units to apply machine learning and Gen AI techniques to finance applications.
Support the establishment and maintenance of a robust data governance framework for the FDL.
Stay current with advancements in machine learning, Gen AI, data management and Azure technologies and propose innovative solutions.
Travel as required for client engagements and project needs.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Computer Science.
Minimum seven years progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis.
Strong proficiency with EPM platforms: Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud Suite, Oracle Hyperion, OneStream, Tagetik or similar.
Solid understanding of financial data architecture, governance, master data management, chart of accounts, and financial modeling.
Excellent communication, collaboration, problem‑solving, and business acumen.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment supporting emerging technologies.
Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT.
Strong adaptability to changing technology landscapes and industry trends.
Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
