HarmonyTech Inc. is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer/Agile Scrum Master to join our team. This role combines technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development with the leadership skills of a certified Scrum Master. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to design, develop, and deliver intuitive, high‑quality solutions that drive adoption and efficiency.

Position is in Washington D.C. and requires U.S. Citizenship.

Dynamics 365 Developer Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft-based systems.

Create compelling and user-friendly interfaces for both web and application architectures.

Work with Product Owners to transform business requirements into functional user stories.

Identify and model process and data requirements, define business rules, and develop test cases.

Conduct functional testing to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

Serve as the primary functional liaison between stakeholders and the technical development team.

Agile Scrum Master Responsibilities

Facilitate agile scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Guide the team to reach consensus on achievable goals for each sprint.

Keep the team focused and aligned with scrum principles and practices.

Identify and remove impediments to team progress.

Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile projects.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

Strong understanding of Microsoft-based system development.

Hands‑on experience with C# and JavaScript.

Desired Skills

Experience with SharePoint 365 configuration.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps for work tracking and deployment.

Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
