Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and create individualized treatment plans

Provide high-quality psychiatric care in both inpatient and/or outpatient settings

Manage treatment and medications for patients, including those with substance use disorders

Supervise and collaborate with mid-level providers

Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation

Requirements

Qualifications

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN)

Active or eligible Tennessee medical license

Interest or experience in both inpatient and outpatient care, including addiction treatment

Strong leadership and teaching skills

Prior experience supervising mid-level providers is preferred
