$300,000 – $350,000+ (Additional compensation available for expanded responsibilities)
Position Overview River Region Psychiatry Associates is seeking a full‑time
Medical Director (MD)
to lead psychiatric services at Pinewood Springs. This leadership role offers an opportunity to shape inpatient behavioral health care while maintaining a balanced schedule and working with a strong clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Medical Director for Pinewood Springs, overseeing clinical operations and psychiatric care
Provide direct psychiatric services to patients in an inpatient setting
Participate in weekend call coverage (one weekend per month)
(Optional) Expand role to include outpatient coverage at our Franklin Clinic, with additional compensation based on scope

Qualifications
