Join Victory Clinic as a BE/BC Psychiatrist and take a leading role in advancing interventional psychiatry in Wichita, KS. This outpatient position offers a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no call, giving you the freedom to focus on high-quality care and your life outside the clinic. Full training in TMS and SPRAVATO is provided, making this a great opportunity for Psychiatrists wanting to grow into advanced modalities.
Position
Guide treatment planning and oversee TMS and SPRAVATO services (full training provided)
100% outpatient role - no call, no nights, no weekends
Participate in clinical oversight, team training, and protocol development
Strong team culture and full admin support
Compensation
Competitive base salary + Medical Director stipend
