Join Victory Clinic as a BE/BC Psychiatrist and take a leading role in advancing interventional psychiatry in Wichita, KS. This outpatient position offers a predictable Monday‑Friday schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no call, giving you the freedom to focus on high‑quality care and your life outside the clinic. Full training in TMS and SPRAVATO® is provided, making this a great opportunity for Psychiatrists wanting to grow into advanced modalities.
Responsibilities
Guide treatment planning and oversee TMS and SPRAVATO® services (full training provided)
100% outpatient role - no call, no nights, no weekends
Participate in clinical oversight, team training, and protocol development
Strong team culture and full admin support
Compensation
Competitive base salary + Medical Director stipend
