Registered Behavior Technician – RBT
National Therapy Center is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide evening ABA therapy (3pm-7pm) on weekdays.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy during evening hours.
Accurately document client progress and maintain clinical documentation within 48 hours of each session.
Ensure all client information is secure and HIPAA‑compliant.
Collaborate closely with families and BCBAs to ensure seamless care.
Participate in continuous training and supervision to grow in your role.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field.
Availability during after‑school hours (3pm-7pm).
Reliable transportation to ensure on‑time client sessions.
Compensation
$25-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Supportive team led by experienced BCBAs.
