Scope & Travel Travel: 60% travel (willing to travel ~75% of time) Residence: Must reside within Western USA and be commutable to an airport
Schedule Monday – Friday, hours vary depending on business needs
Responsibilities
Work with the RVP of Sales to evaluate and qualify new business opportunities for profitability and strategic impact on the pharmacy and region.
Identify business opportunities through sales calls, referrals, targeting reports and CRM, and communicate with IDD agencies and behavioral health organizations to assess market needs.
Finalize contracting, coordinate startup of new accounts, and transition account services to pharmacy operations.
Use marketing segmentation information to develop strategic territory plans and execute those plans to target high‑potential prospective customers.
Collaborate with the local Pharmacy Director and Account Manager to maintain and strengthen customer relationships by providing ongoing support and value through products and services.
Customize IDD and BH presentations and proposals to meet customers’ needs.
Achieve quarterly and annual total bed and revenue goals.
Communicate with pharmacy team members to uncover leads and resolve customer service concerns.
Complete sales, reporting, and contracting for new business and other administrative procedures as required.
Successfully complete all components of sales training and implement sales process and procedures into daily practice.
Attend local, state and national industry trade shows as required.
Perform other tasks as assigned and adhere to the company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, policies, and applicable laws.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Three or more years of sales experience in healthcare, medical equipment, or consumer products and services/solutions sales (preferred).
Experience selling healthcare services to IDD agencies and behavioral health facilities (preferred).
Experience selling and negotiating contracts for products and services.
Proficient with MS Office Suite, HubSpot, and CRM.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel ~75% of the time.
Results‑oriented, adaptable, organized, and strong oral communication skills.
