This is a full‑time, salaried position at the Director level, eligible for the Management Incentive Compensation Plan (MICP). Location: Scripps Memorial Hospital, La Jolla. Exempt and salaried.

What You’ll Do
Overall administration, operation, direction, design, financial performance, human resource management, regulatory compliance, quality, utilization management, marketing, integration, and evaluation of Surgical Services at the assigned site.
Required Education / Experience / Skills
Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related OR clinical experience, 3 in a leadership role.
Current California RN license.
Preferred Education / Experience / Skills / Certification
Master’s degree.
CNOR certificate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Experience with financial reporting systems, specifically Axiom.
Salary Pay range: $81.11 – $117.83 per hour.
