Responsibilities

Set daily and weekly sales goals, oversee and direct coworkers' sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor planned results for sales measured by revenue and growth.

Oversee coworker collection activities, follow up on accounts requiring manager intervention, approve customer commitments, provide leadership and training to ensure compliance with collections procedures.

Manage and direct store resources to achieve planned profit results, ensure compliance with company policies, protect company assets through expense management, inventory control, product ordering and pricing, cash handling, store security, and resolve problems and complaints quickly.

Oversee and provide effective training & development for all coworkers, schedule and organize daily activities and goals, recruit and hire staff, maximize retention and reduce turnover, manage direct coworkers and train for exceptional customer service.

Requirements

3-5 years of retail/management experience.

Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.

Computer literacy / proficiency in store operation applications.

Valid state driver's license and good driving record – driving company vehicles.
