Supply Chain Planning Analyst

This is a hybrid contract position based in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities
Create, publish, and monitor relevant supply chain metrics and reporting to provide data visibility and support business needs, highlighting areas of risk with solution options
Responsible for creating and maintaining planning metric dashboards for leadership
Ensure all data is received timely from all business partners
Develop and manage initiatives and solutions to drive improvements in data and metrics visibility across the supply chain and Revelyst’s end-to-end business, optimizing data flow
Be the primary partner for cross-functional stakeholders to understand key business metrics and definitions
Demonstrate expertise and work with functional groups to ensure reporting requirements are identified, designed, and distributed appropriately, highlighting and interpreting issues, trends, and variances within the data
Provide root cause analysis to support decision-making by effectively communicating and translating data and results into business insights and actions
Effectively share clear, concise, accurate information that caters to the levels of detail needed by recipients
Champion business data strategies with a central source of truth that drives multi-platform content and accountability across the organization
Respond to ad hoc requests
Continuously work to create efficiencies and improvements within reporting, procedures, scheduling processes
Create documentation / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all process work
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 3-5 years’ related experience
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and experience using business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, etc)
Experience with ERPs and underlying resource planning functions (SAP, Netsuite, Oracle)
Sound understanding of business drivers and financial impacts related to inventory, cash flow, and working capital
Experience combining data from various sources to produce cross-functional analytics
Knowledge of supply chain and/or planning, inventory, DC operations, and logistics
Strong presentation skills, including facilitation and influencing skills
Customer-oriented focus and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Ability to resolve high-profile issues
Ability to operate in a complex, rapidly changing environment while adhering to schedules
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
