About The Job We’re looking for a Business Affairs Specialist to join our Record Label Licensing Team. This role will engage with independent record labels in securing new rights, support the Record Label Licensing team in licensing partner management and operationalize content license agreements. The Business Affairs Specialist will also liaise with internal teams to optimize business processes and operational workflows, establish structure, and lead projects that drive efficiency.

Qualifications
4+ years in studio, production company, or television network experience
4+ years of entertainment industry deal negotiation experience
Experience working for content distributor, digital content service, or legal firm (legal training/PQE desirable) preferred
Passion for music and an entrepreneurial spirit
