Develop and maintain documentation for backup configurations and procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing Veritas backup systems; Veritas certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of IBM SAN, Netapp, Brocade, and DELL EMC storage solutions.
Proficiency in ServiceNow for change management operations.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
