Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join our practice in Lake Jackson, TX. This opportunity is ideal for early‑career physicians as well as seasoned physicians looking for a new opportunity. Position Highlights

Established practice with a loyal patient base and collaborative, supportive clinical team.

Infusion center and clinic are fully integrated within the practice, giving physicians control over scheduling, workflow and patient experience.

Balanced patient volume with a mix of infusion and outpatient care.

Minimal hospital responsibilities; call is remote and shared between providers, with no weekend travel required.

Flexible scheduling option: alternating 4‑day workweek with administrative time on Fridays.

Epic EMR.

Job Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology.

Active and unrestricted TX license or ability to obtain prior to employment.

Comfortable working in a community hospital setting.

Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range $200.47 — $325.62 per hour.
