Job Summary and Responsibilities Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join our practice in Lake Jackson, TX. This opportunity is ideal for early-career physicians as well as seasoned physicians looking for a new opportunity. We are looking for a physician who values autonomy and innovation, and the chance to make a lasting impact in the community. Our patients are deeply appreciative of the care they receive from our providers, creating a culture of gratitude and a fulfilling clinical environment.

Position highlights:

Established practice with a loyal patient base and collaborative, supportive clinical team.

Infusion center and clinic are fully integrated within the practice, giving physicians control over scheduling, workflow and patient experience

Balanced patient volume with a mix of infusion and outpatient care

Minimal hospital responsibilities; call is remote and shared between providers, with no weekend travel required

Flexible scheduling option: alternating 4-day workweek with administrative time on Fridays

Job Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology.

Active and unrestricted TX license or ability to obtain prior to employment

Comfortable working a community hospital setting

Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
