This is your chance to step into the most senior Quality leadership role in a fast‑growing, global food manufacturing business – bring structure, vision, and consistency to a function.
Right now, each site has its own way of doing things. The next phase of growth demands a unified FSQA strategy, consistent standards, and a culture of accountability.
You’ll be the face of Quality across the entire business, internally and externally, and will lead the charge on food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality strategy.
Responsibilities
Shape the FSQA function in your vision and lead implementation across multiple sites.
Lead diverse teams on the factory floor and in the boardroom.
Engage directly with customers, global brands, national retailers, auditors, and regulators.
Build a culture of excellence, raise standards, and embed continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Deep experience in food safety and quality across multi‑site food manufacturing operations (US food regulations required).
Proven ability to engage directly with high‑profile customers, auditors, and regulators.
Strong leadership instincts that inspire accountability and drive.
Sleeve‑rolled‑up approach and commitment to building, not just maintaining.
