HSE Manager

to support our data center projects in

Baton Rouge, LA . You will provide HSE support and leadership to the EPCM project at a client facility, working closely with the HSE Director, HSE Manager, Project Manager, and Construction Manager to lead HSE excellence and deliver a project that ensures no worker injuries or negative impacts to our client’s business continuity. You’ll be charged to lead/support incident notification, investigation and reporting, facilitate injury management and return‑to‑work processes, review subcontractor hazard assessments, deliver operational readiness reviews, and manage travel to the project site and potentially other U.S. locations.

Base pay range $102,700.00/yr – $141,200.00/yr

Qualifications

HSE certification and/or associate degree in safety, industrial hygiene, engineering or related field

A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated professional experience in a similar role managing Construction Health and Safety

A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated construction experience managing subcontractors in Health and Safety

Experience with managing and conducting safety training

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

Demonstrated interpersonal and personnel management skills

Working knowledge of applicable regulatory compliance and all federal, state and local agency requirements
