Salary:
$95,000 – $120,000 annually.
About the Facility Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) – 88‑bed skilled nursing facility. Wisconsin Rapids Health Services is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation. As part of the North Shore Healthcare family, we operate 70 skilled nursing and assisted living centers across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and North Dakota.
Responsibilities
Overall center management, profitability, operations, and direction in all aspects.
Accountable for census development, accounts receivable and collections, net operating income maximization, resident/patient care, state and federal survey compliance, employee relations, return on investment, business plan implementation, and Center core programs.
Acts as Center representative in the center and community.
Follows all Center policies and procedures.
Completes daily center premises rounds to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
Required Education and Experience
Previous experience in post‑acute care setting.
Current State License as Nursing Home Administrator (NHA).
Demonstrated success leading a fun and productive work environment.
