Summary:
Responsible for overall center management, profitability, operations, and direction in all aspects. Accountable for census development, management of accounts receivable and collections, maximization of Net Operating Income, resident/patient care, state and federal survey compliance, positive employee relations, and a strong business plan implementation. Acts as the Center representative in the community, follows all policies and procedures, and conducts daily rounds of the entire center to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and staff management of the assisted living center.
Develop and manage the center’s census, ensuring optimal occupancy and financial performance.
Manage accounts receivable, collections, and overall financial performance to maximize Net Operating Income.
Maintain compliance with state and federal survey standards and quality measures.
Foster a positive and professional culture, ensuring strong employee relations and resident satisfaction.
Act as the center’s representative to the community and stakeholders.
Conduct daily rounds of the center to confirm adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in an assisted living or senior living setting.
3+ years of management experience in a health‑care environment.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Demonstrated ability to lead a productive, fun work environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team‑working skills.
Empathy for residents, families, and staff, with problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and use standard electronic devices.
