Senior ERP Applications Engineer - Workday (Hybrid)

as a Senior ERP Applications Engineer focusing on Workday. In this role you will provide guidance and expertise with minimal supervision, collaborating with end‑users and vendors on system projects, developing integrations, managing conversions, and leading system upgrades.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, test, document, and maintain high quality programming code and solutions within specified timeframes.
Lead collaboration with user community, analysts, and vendors to develop functional business and IT requirements; provide technical design recommendations.
Produce technical specifications, data conversion, and mapping criteria for projects; ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Mentor team members in code development, conduct unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Support users during system implementations, troubleshoot application issues, and manage incoming requests.
Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Participate in on‑call coverage and provide support to junior staff during critical incidents.
Provide training and mentorship to team members; communicate issues and updates to stakeholders.
Contribute to project planning, track milestones, and report status to ensure project delivery.
Participate in ongoing technical and industry training; adhere to BILH IT PMO project methodology and tools.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5–10 years of progressive responsibility in ERP design, development, implementation, integration, and maintenance.
2–3 years of experience with Workday development technologies (WD Studio, EIBs, connectors, custom reports).
Strong SQL scripting skills; experience with legacy to Workday data conversion is a plus.
Experience in large‑scale, full‑cycle implementations.
Pay Range $118,560 – $145,600 per year.
