Job Description The Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) Senior ERP Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between Information Technology and the business, ensuring that system functionality meets the needs of users and stakeholders. The analyst will be responsible for researching, recommending, and influencing best practice solutions, drawing upon extensive knowledge of ERP applications (HCM, FSM, SCM), integration, and business processes for the respective domain. The analyst will be responsible for overall support and maintenance of our ERP applications to maximize operations including system enhancements, upgrades, and system conversions to meet changing business requirements in a dynamic environment. The analyst will provide consultation to business staff and leadership teams on the use of our ERP systems and other third‑party ERP applications and integrations. The analyst will analyze and document functional and technical business requirements, evaluate new ERP systems, modules, and processes to meet business needs and services. The analyst will support the IT ERP Management in the assessment of ERP strategy, as well as the development of policies and procedures for ERP systems. The analyst will adhere to IT service‑management best practices including enterprise change control, environment, and release management. The analyst will leverage technical knowledge to identify root causes of potential issues in a timely and efficient manner using PeopleCode, AppDesigner, SQR, SQL, Workday, ERP third parties, and other technical expertise.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement by better leveraging delivered ERP functionality; conducts pilots and proof‑of‑concept activities to obtain buy‑in for recommended configurations.
Researches and evaluates alternative solutions for new modules or functional processes to meet changing business demands, and recommends the most efficient and cost‑effective solutions to key stakeholders and the ERP staff.
Meets frequently with business stakeholders and vendors to continually review key objectives, discusses project pipeline, and builds consensus around prioritization of work requests; attends project status meetings to review progress and present issues that may affect delivery schedules; helps manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensures that all requests follow the change management process and have a clearly articulated business case (problem definition, viable options, cost/benefit/risk analysis, etc.).
Facilitates and leads sessions to gather requirements (functional and technical), identifies current business process challenges, and performs fit/gap assessment with the delivered applications.
Compiles process flows, functional design specifications, test plans, and training materials; performs and supports functional unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (essential). Leads ERP application upgrades and new module functionality implementations.
Provides production support; investigates and troubleshoots system issues in the respective domain (FSM, HCM, SCM); identifies root causes; determines and documents solutions. Ensures ongoing maintenance of the ERP applications in a timely manner.
Leads the ERP deliverables when representing IT on projects in the respective domain (FSM, SCM, HCM) including the development and implementation of communication plans for ERP projects using various media to keep stakeholders informed of upcoming system changes and enhancements.
Provides mentorship to analysts and other team members through transfer of knowledge. Provides oversight and structure to ERP projects with the objective to ensure repeatable project success.
Performs all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department.
Education A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience
5-8 years related work experience required.
Experience with multiple concurrent jobs, payroll‑to‑general ledger interface, payroll, profile management, employee self‑service, manager self‑service, position management, employee reviews, candidate gateway, talent acquisition management, forms and approvals builder. Multi‑facility, healthcare experience preferred.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Knowledge and understanding of PeopleCode, AppDesigner, SQR, and SQL. Workday experience. Proven experience in ERP query, reporting tools, database systems, and desktop operating systems/software.
Exceptional analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues/problems. Experience working in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and mentoring. Strong analytical skills, proactive approach and attention to detail.
Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional areas and related systems.
Pay Range $87,360.00 USD - $149,760.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
