Cardiovascular Surgeon . This is an exceptional opportunity to establish and lead a thoracic surgery program while providing advanced cardiothoracic care in a supportive, patient-focused environment with access to state-of-the-art technology and strong clinical support.
Position Highlights Employment:
Hospital-owned multi-specialty group or 1099 independent contractor
Scope of Practice:
Cardiothoracic and thoracic surgery, including TAVR, da Vinci robotic procedures, CABG, AVR, MVR, and AAA repair
Schedule:
3 weeks ON, 1 week OFF (procedures and hospital availability required during ON weeks)
Call:
ON weeks only
Setting:
Mix of inpatient and outpatient care, with on-site clinic
Base salary: $462,460$649,347 (dependent on employment setup)
Productivity bonus
Health insurance: Self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost to provider
Sign-on bonus
Malpractice insurance coverage
