Position Title: 526942-NVMe Test Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Rate: $65-$70
Contract Duration: 6 months contract
Overview This position requires a clear background check, drug test, and education check. Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship. Principal only, no Corp-to-Corp.
Responsibilities
Planning, execution, and debugging of functional tests for NVMe SSDs.
Understanding and debugging existing test scripts, collaborating with development teams.
Expertise in at least one front-end storage protocol, preferred NVMe/PCIe.
Requirements
Expertise in at least one front-end storage protocol (NVMe/PCIe, SAS, USB); NVMe preferred.
Scripting skills (Python) a plus.
Familiarity with SSD or HDD testing.
Experience with front-end storage protocols (NVMe/PCIe, FC, SAS).
Qualification
Strong technical foundation in storage protocols.
Experience with debugging and troubleshooting technical issues.
Ability to work collaboratively with development teams.
