Contract NVMe Test Engineer opportunity located in San Jose, CA.
Job Responsibilities
Planning, Execution, and Debugging of Functional Tests: Planning, executing and debugging functional tests for NVMe Solid State Drives (SSDs).
Understanding Test Scripts and Debugging Failures: Understanding existing test scripts and debugging failures that arise during execution; requires collaboration with the development team.
Expertise in Front-end Storage Protocols: Expertise in at least one front-end storage protocol, with NVMe/PCIe.
Job Qualifications
Expertise in NVMe/PCIe.
Scripting skills with Python.
Experience with SSD or HDD testing.
Strong technical foundation in storage protocols.
Experience with debugging and troubleshooting technical issues.
Ability to work collaboratively with development teams.
Job Details
Job Type: Contract
Location: San Jose, CA.
Pay Rate Range: $70-75/hr.
Required U.S. Citizen OR Green Card holder.
