What You’ll Do
Source and lead execution of investments and transformative transactions
Collaborate cross‑border to move fast on transaction structuring and capital formation
Take ownership end‑to‑end: from idea to closing
Move at startup speed – no bloated process, no slide decks for the sake of it
Who We’re Looking For
6+ years in venture capital, special situations, investment banking, restructuring, private equity, or principal investing
Relentlessly resourceful – you
hunt deals , not wait for them
Sharp, numerate, and fast – you understand structure and risk instinctively
Hands‑on – you’re ready to underwrite a deal on Monday and negotiate it on Tuesday
Comfortable with ambiguity, urgency, and high expectations
Hungry to be part of something
early, fast‑moving, and high impact
