Role: Head of Partnerships
We’re looking for a force multiplier—someone who can open doors, build ecosystems, and create high‑leverage alliances across capital markets, corporate strategics, funds, bankers, platforms, and distribution channels. This isn’t corporate BD. This is building the connective tissue of an entirely new category.
You will work directly with the founder and leadership team to create strategic relationships that accelerate acquisition sourcing, capital formation, market visibility, and long‑term compounding.
This is a builder role with real ownership. Zero bureaucracy, zero stagnation.
What You’ll Do
Build and lead a global partnerships function from zero to one
Forge high‑impact relationships across special sits funds, hedge funds, banks, family offices, exchanges, corporates, and strategic partners
Create new sourcing pipelines for public‑company acquisitions and special situations
Develop capital formation partnerships with global distribution networks
Architect joint ventures, co‑investment structures, and strategic collaborations
Identify ecosystem gaps and design repeatable partnership channels to fill them
Work cross‑border and cross‑function to move opportunities from idea → execution → scale
Operate at startup speed—no “BD decks,” no endless meetings, no slow cycles
We’re Looking for People Who Are:
7+ years in partnerships, capital markets, venture, growth, special sits, private equity, banking, or strategic BD
Exceptionally resourceful—you don’t wait for introductions; you engineer them
Fast, sharp, articulate—you can persuade institutions and founders alike
Able to navigate complex incentives across funds, corporates, and intermediaries
Hands‑on—you build the pipeline, run the conversations, and close the partnerships
Comfortable with ambiguity, velocity, and high expectations
Hungry to be early in something that could redefine an industry
