Overview
Pharmacy Manager leads the CVS Health pharmacy team, driving patient care, compliance, and business performance. Responsibilities
Deliver safe, accurate medication dispensing, counseling, and immunization services. Coach and develop pharmacy technicians and pharmacists, conducting onboarding, training, and performance reviews. Maintain inventory best practices, protecting cold chain products and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Ensure full regulatory compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies, escalating issues to Rx DL as needed. Partner with Store Manager to schedule staff, support cross‑training, and build a safe, inclusive team culture. Analyze business reporting, identify workflow gaps, and implement action plans to improve patient care and operational efficiency. Provide clinical care services such as testing and prescribing where permissible, expanding holistic patient support. Required Qualifications
Active Pharmacist license in the state of the store. Active National Provider Identifier (NPI). Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list. 1‑2 years of experience as a Pharmacist. Preferred Qualifications
Completion of the CVS Pharmacy Manager Emerging Leader (PM‑EL) program. 3‑5 years of related pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service experience. Ability to work in the home store and across the market in other locations to meet business needs. Pay Range
$70.00 - $91.00 (base hourly or base annual full‑time). Benefits
