$112,000.00/yr - $141,000.00/yr About the Role

Concord Hospitality is currently seeking an experienced hotel leader to manage our AC Hotel, New Orleans French Quarter. As a Concord Leader you will be responsible for inspiring greatness in your team, encouraging and supporting team members to reach their full potential, creating a work environment that is a Great Place to Work for all, leading with integrity, transparency, respect and professionalism, and caring for your team and their families. Ideal Candidate

Prior GM experience required, preferably with Marriott experience. Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results. Proven ability to drive GSS and an excellent customer service track record. Organized, detail‑oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service‑driven hospitality professionals. Strong sales background and established networking skills. Key Responsibilities

Support our company mission statement and serve as an ambassador to our five cornerstones. Coach and develop a high‑achieving team, leading by example to provide excellent guest satisfaction. Liaise with brand representatives, owners, and Concord, and orchestrate brand training with staff. Administer, direct, and control all hotel operations, ensuring attainment of budgeted revenues and profit margins while maintaining standards and meeting operational deadlines.
