We are looking for a full time Back OF House professional with experience to help support our Russian River Estate Hospitality‑Sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the wine business or reinforce their current experience with a booming company.
Responsibilities
Regularly check-in with all Hospitality staff members.
Regularly buss and sanitize all tables.
Regularly sweep/spot check the floors for debris (we're in a rural setting).
Help hospo team set tables for upcoming reservations.
Keeping surfaces in both kitchens organized, clear and clean throughout the day.
Buss used glasses/plates/utensils.
Regularly restock clean glasses to hospo spaces.
Regularly tidy/restock concierge station.
Wash, dry and put away all glassware, plates, utensils, etc.
Restock both kitchen towel dispensers and paper towels.
Ensure bathrooms TP, soaps, lotion, hand towels are sufficiently stocked throughout the day.
Ensure bathroom sinks, counters, floors, toilets, are clean and tidy throughout the day.
Refill guest water bottles/water carafes.
Prepare food menu items for reservations/guests.
Take out all trash and recycle bins as needed.
Storage Room Upkeep
Put boxes, pens, collateral, office supplies away.
Throw away/recycle garbage/empty boxes, etc.
Keep floors clean.
Restock to‑go boxes.
Restock printed cards.
Consolidate open case boxes.
Summary
Full Time (Friday‑Sunday is mandatory)
$18‑22 (DOE)
