# Lean Production Specialist - Nutella###### Share this job opportunityWe are currently looking for a Lean Production Specialist – Nutella to join our Ferrero Operational Excellence & Performance Factors Department in Alba (CN).In this role, you will support the **development of Performance Factors**and **Production Models** across Group factories, ensuring consistent and effective implementation. Additionally, you will work alongside the Performance Professional Families, fostering collaboration and excellence within the team.You will support the **global development and improvement of Focused Improvement (FI) methodologies**, **Kaizen** and **SMED**, and related procedures, including **Six-Sigma** (DMAIC approach) and other analytical tools. This role involves creating and updating **FI KPIs**, targets, project numbers (major losses), and guidelines for initiative planning at both **Group and Area levels**. You will assess and validate the maturity of new methodologies adoption at the local level through audit plan execution and support the consolidation of progress overviews on local initiatives, training sessions, audits, and results to enhance Overall Asset Effectiveness and competitiveness.You will bring your master’s degree in engineering or a related field, along with **2-5 years of experience** in a structured company. Your knowledge of **lean methodology**will be an asset for us, as well as your strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders within the organization.
